High sensitivity and speech recognition
A wireless dictation headset needs to accurately capture the doctor’s voice. It should reliably differentiate it from any background noise and activate itself only when speaking or by activation of the recording button. Naturally, I cannot answer this question for everybody. I personally have tested several options and I love the SpeechOne by Philips*. However, this is because I put my focus on dictation and speech recognition. If you also want to have stereo sound or over ear options, this may not be the best option for you. Be aware that the price differs significantly between these options. However, in my personal experience, a higher-quality microphone is worth its price as it facilitates your reading and dictation process.
